We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Retraded is an AI-powered autonomous trading platform that allows users to describe trading strategies in natural language, convert them into executable strategies using artificial intelligence, and connect third-party brokerage accounts for automated execution. The Service supports trading across stocks, cryptocurrency, and prediction markets.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Retraded, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not prohibited from trading securities, cryptocurrencies, or prediction market contracts under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
The Service integrates with third-party brokerage platforms including, but not limited to, Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, Coinbase, Polymarket, and Kalshi. Retraded is not affiliated with these providers. Your use of any third-party brokerage is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for your relationship with these platforms, and Retraded bears no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or execution of trades.
Strategies generated by Retraded's AI are provided for informational and automation purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security or asset. The AI may produce strategies that are unsuitable, incomplete, or incorrect. You acknowledge that:
Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Retraded does not guarantee any specific trading outcomes and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Retraded and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retraded and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Retraded in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
